The Man Behind The Shield

Considering the title of the film, Brave New World, it is probable that Onah’s direction will center on the issues of transformation, changing dynamics within society, and the reinterpretation of a hero in modern times.

Writers

Captain America: Brave New World features a skilled writing team, and as expected, the writing team did not disappoint. The screenplay written by Malcolm Spellman, Dalan Musson, and Matthew Orton will be action-packed and deeply moving.

Malcolm Spellman: Malcom Spellman is perhaps mostly recognized for his exploits on The Falcon and the Winter soldier and has been characterized as having a commendable grasp of Sam Wilson’s character.

The Cast of Captain America: Brave New World

Giancarlo Esposito is known for his riveting and chilling performances in the highly-acclaimed series The Breaking Bad and The Mandalorian, and this time, he joins the MCU in an undisclosed role. His presence always hints at either a formidable antagonist or a powerful new ally.

Danny Ramirez is set to reprise his role as Joaquin Torres, who was first seen in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Torres is anticipated to evolve into a more prominent character.

Shira Haas is also set to reprise her role as Sabra. A character that has vast roots with the Marvel Comics, her being casted is a sign of the expanding geopolitical narrative of the MCU.

Xosha Roquemore, Carl Lumbly, Liv Tyler, and Tim Blake Nelson will each play new, impactful characters in the film, adding more depth to the already rich narrative of the film while also reprising already established MCU roles.

Plot

Brave New World is likely to follow the traditions of Marvel Studios that has infused its works with modern themes. While the spectacle is guaranteed, the film will most likely cover the Weight of Legacy, Contemporary Patriotism, Friendship and Loyalty like What is in store for Sam Wilson, the capeless Captain America, in the absence of super-soldier modificiations?

In the midst of political and global catastrophes, how is heroism defined? The presence of Bucky Barnes and Joaquin Torres suggests that loyalty and friendship will dominate.

Review

Marvel’s character development might be at an all time high in this film, they are sure to have their audience watching a breathtakingly chaotic fight scene. The audience can expect Pragmatic Fight Scenes – Unlike Steve Rogers, Sam depends on striking, jumping, and technology-based tactics.

Since Sam is still learning how to use the vibranium shield, people can expect over-the-top amusing shield throws. Drawing from Captain America films of the past, it seems like Brave New World will have spy-based missions paired with large scale battles.

The blend of comedy and heat will aid Marvel to ensure that tough situations will be coupled with a light and easy-hearted few moments. Brave New World is set to be exciting for both long-time MCU fans and those just jumping aboard the wagon.
