Story

Nayakudu, played via Vadivelu, is a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA). He represents the oppressed community known as Dalits. Rathnavelu, portrayed through Fahadh Faasil, is the district secretary of the equal political party.

But he belongs to the superior community. Salem Sundaram, played through Azhagam Perumal, is Rathnavelu’s father. In the story, Athiveeran, also called Veera, is the distant son of Maamannan. He lives in Adimurai and works as a martial arts trainer.

When he was a child, he became victim to a casteist attack by the people of the local powerful community. This incident left him deeply upset. Then he went away from his home.

Rathnavelu, portrayed Fahadh Faasil, holds a rivalry mindset. He verbally assaults Maamannan for his personal political reasons. The movie usually revolves around the exploitation of a community in Tamil Nadu. The movie focuses on the situations that push a small community of people to have a strong leader.
